Cooling Off Period
If you change your mind or for any other reason decide you do not want to subscribe to one of our publications, you may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of your current subscription. To cancel your subscription, please follow the cancellation process set out in the “Cancellations Process” section below
When you take out a subscription, it is on a continuous basis, meaning that your subscription will automatically renew for another term unless notified. You may request to cancel your subscription at any time, with such cancellation to take effect at the end of the minimum subscription term. For example, when taking out an annual rolling subscription, you may request to cancel at any time, but your subscription will end when the current full year’s term has been completed.
Cancelling part way through a subscription term:
If you request to cancel part way through your subscription term, we will continue to send the remaining issues you have left within that term – we do not offer a remains value refund for the remaining issues left on your subscription. Your subscription will end after you have received the remaining issues within your current term.
Requesting a refund after auto-payment has been taken:
You may also cancel your subscription and request a refund within 30 days of the new auto-payment being taken for your next term, if you have provided your email address upon subscribing, you will be notified of the payment being taken by email. To cancel your subscription and to request a refund, please follow the cancellation process set out in the “Cancellations Process” section below.
