This means that once you access the digital webreader, you cannot cancel your subscription.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you cancel your subscription having received the first magazine, within 14 days of your notice to cancel, you must send the magazine back to us at the address below at your own cost and risk. Please also make sure you package the magazine appropriately to avoid damage. If you do not return the magazine, or do not pay the costs of returning it to us or the magazine is damaged on receipt, we should be entitled to deduct from the amount to be refunded the costs of the first magazine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>If any incentive or add-on product is received before cancellation is actioned in accordance with our Cancellation Policy, you will be offered a partial refund minus the product value unless the product is returned to us at your cost in the same condition as it was received.<\/em><br><br><em>Locked Bag 555<br>Silverwater<br>New South Wales<br>1811<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong style=\"color:#ffa909\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Continuous subscriptions<\/span><\/strong><br>If you choose an auto-renewal product, your magazine subscription will automatically renew for another term at the standard rate for the matching subscription term at the time of renewal, unless cancellation is requested. <strong>Please review our current auto-renew subscription rates by clicking\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokidsaunz.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000261151-current-standard-auto-renew-subscription-rates-australia-new-zealand\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a><\/strong>.
