If you subscribe before midnight on the 18th October, the first magazine will be issue #236 – December Edition, expected to arrive on or around 6th November
If you subscribe after midnight on the 18th October, the first magazine will be issue #237 – January Edition, expected to arrive on or around 4th December.

You can add on ‘our current issue‘ at £4.50 via the pop-up page that loads after you have selected your subscription term, for an issue to be delivered within 7 working days of your order being placed.

The above subscription offers do not automatically come with the gifts with the magazine.
In order to receive the eco/paper based gifts with the magazines, you will need to upgrade by selecting the ‘Monthly gifts’ add on for an additional £10 with Annual or One Year Only subscription offers, or £5 with the Six Issues subscription offer.
To do this please select a subscription option, then a pop-up will appear, where you can select the ‘UPGRADE’ button against the ‘Monthly gifts’ option.
Yes, there will be a link to a gift certificate on your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please contact the Customer Service team via our UK/IE Contact Form where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.
No, they will not be notified until they receive their first issue.
Annual and Six Issues subscriptions will auto-renew.
If you select the Annual subscription term, your subscription will auto-renew for a further term after the 13th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you select the Six Issues term, your subscription will auto-renew for another further term, after the 6th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel an auto-renewal subscription after the first term, you may do so by emailing our Customer Service team via our UK/IE Contact Form. For more information on cancellations, please see FAQ option ‘How can I cancel my order if I need to?’
The One Year Only subscription offer will not auto-renew.
Once you have received 13th issue, no payment will be taken and the subscription will come to a natural end.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please get in touch with our friendly Customer Service team via our UK/IE Contact Form.
You may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of your current subscription.
If you are part way through your current subscription term and request to cancel, your subscription will end after you have received the remaining issues within your current term.
You can also cancel your subscription and request a refund within 30 days of the new auto-payment being taken for your next term.
