Creature &amp; Co. is the licence holder for National Geographic Kids in the UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand.<\/p>\n<p>Our details are as follows:<br \/>\nCreature Media Limited is registered in England and Wales under company number 07693866 and has its registered office at 76 Marylebone High Street, London, W1U 5JU, UK.<\/p>\n<p>If you have any concerns about these Terms please contact the customer service team via our <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/tickets\/new\">Contact Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Application<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>These are the only Terms on which Creature &amp; Co sells subscriptions to our printed and\/or digital publications (\u2018subscriptions\u2019) whether your subscription is bought from us or our authorised resellers through our site, over the telephone or by mail. By placing an order for any subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms.<\/p>\n<p>We may change these Terms from time to time by changing them on our site, and the change shall take effect on renewal of your subscription or purchase of a new subscription. By continuing to purchase a subscription you accept any changes to these Terms. It is your responsibility to check these Terms each time you purchase a subscription.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that if you buy a subscription from a third party seller, then the third party seller\u2019s terms apply to your subscription and not these Creature &amp; Co Terms until activated by ourselves.<strong>The Subscription<br \/>\n<\/strong>The subscription begins when we accept the order by making available to you the subscription content, including free digital add on content.<\/p>\n<p>Any restrictions on delivery locations are set out within the FAQ linked <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000008283-can-i-order-a-subscription-for-delivery-through-the-natgeokids-com-website-to-another-location-other-\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>When you purchase a subscription, you provide us with certain personal information to enable us to process your order. Our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.natgeokids.com\/uk\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a> sets out how we use your personal information. Any personal information must be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects. You must not impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use when purchasing subscriptions. You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to any personal information supplied to us as this may affect your subscription.<\/p>\n<p>You must be at least 16 \u00a0years old to place an order for a subscription; and if you are under 16, you must have the permission of your parent or guardian to place an order for a subscription.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Pricing<\/span><br \/>\n<\/strong>Prices are liable to change at any time and the change shall take effect on the renewal of your subscription or purchase of a new subscription. Please review our current auto-renew subscription rates by clicking <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000261064-current-auto-renew-subscription-rates-uk-ireland-\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>We are not obligated to match sale prices or offers for orders already placed or as new or renewal.<\/p>\n<p>The website, digital platforms and the publications contain several subscriptions advertisements, and it is always possible that some of the subscriptions listed may be incorrectly priced. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be stated when you pay for the subscriptions. If we discover a manifest error with our prices, then we may cancel your order and refund you.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Payment<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\nYou can pay using a credit\/debit card through our secure third-party payment gateway. Please also contact the relevant team if you require an invoice.<\/p>\n<p>All credit\/debit card purchases are subject to validation checks (which you consent to) and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not for any reason authorise payment to us for a particular purchase, we will not accept your order. Please note that it is possible that your card issuer may charge you an online handling fee or processing fee. The next and subsequent issues being delivered at the normal frequency for the publication, around every twenty-eight (28) days, see the FAQ link on this point for further details: <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000006875-when-will-my-first-next-issue-arrive-\">UK\/Ireland<\/a>. <em>Please note,<\/em> our subscription magazines are sent via a non-trackable service, so once dispatched from our warehouse we will not be able to provide any further information and updates.<\/p>\n<p>Delivery of the subscriptions shall be made to the delivery address specified at the time of order or as otherwise updated. To update your delivery address, see the FAQ linked <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/solutions\/articles\/35000007330-how-do-i-update-the-billing-delivery-address-\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Whilst we do all we can to get the issues to you on or around the on-sale dates advised, unfortunately delivery delays can sometimes be caused in transit &#8211; due to this we always ask if ten (10) working days from the expected delivery date, can be allowed before you contact the relevant customer service team via our <a href=\"https:\/\/natgeokids.freshdesk.com\/support\/tickets\/new\">Contact Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If a magazine does not arrive at the postal address listed on your account within the expected timeframe, and you notify us within <strong>two months<\/strong> of the advised delivery date, we will offer a replacement copy (subject to availability). If a replacement is not available, we will aim to compensate by alternative means.<br \/>\n<em>Please note:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Replacements or compensation will only be considered if reported within <strong>two months<\/strong> of the expected delivery date.<\/li>\n<li>We are unable to offer compensation or replacements beyond the stated timeframe.<\/li>\n<li>We cannot offer additional compensation if the delivery issue was caused by the postal service.<\/li>\n<li>If the non-delivery is due to an incorrect postal address provided on the account, and you wish to receive the missed issue(s), you will be responsible for any re-postage costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If a magazine or product is returned to us by courier or Royal Mail we will contact you via email to request confirmation of address. If the address was correct, we will redispatch the returned issue\/s or product free of charge. Please make sure to take out enough postal\/carriage insurance to cover the value of the contents. Please save your proof of posting and tracking information until your refund has been processed. If we agree that the magazine or product is damaged and such damage took place before you received it, we will send to you a replacement is available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund you the price of the magazine or product.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Digital Subscription<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span>When you access digital content on our website (our \u2018site\u2019) you agree to comply with our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.natgeokids.com\/uk\/terms-of-website-use-uk-ie\/\">Website Terms of Use<\/a>. You shall keep confidential your log-in credentials and not let anyone else to access our site through your log-in credentials.<\/p>\n<p>Please notify us immediately if you suspect there has been unauthorised access to our site through your log-in credentials. We may freely use any anonymous data that we learn, acquire or obtain in connection with your use of the site in order to improve, review and analyse our services, online platform and business generally.<\/p>\n<p>We shall use reasonable endeavours to make the site available at all times, but you acknowledge that there may be occasions when access to the site may be interrupted, including for scheduled maintenance or upgrades, for emergency repairs, or due to failure of telecommunications links and\/or equipment. We will email you a reminder of the renewal thirty (30) days before it is due to take place with details of any change in the price.
