And it doesn&#8217;t just look ugly &#8211; it can seriously harm our animal buddies, who often mistake plastic for food and gobble it up! Let&#8217;s take action and get creative&#8230;<br><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This guide shows you how to make a cool cutlery holder to carry your own reusable knife, fork and spoon &#8211; so you can pass on the plastic utensils and help protect the environment. Awesome!<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What you&#8217;ll need:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211; An old, clean pair of trousers<br>&#8211; A ruler<br>&#8211; Scissors<br>&#8211; A hot-glue gun (get a parent&#8217;s help with this!)<br>&#8211; Decorations like buttons, pins, lace and patches<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><br><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Step 1<\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/cdn.creatureandcoagency.com\/uploads\/2019\/06\/cutlery-holder-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27677\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdn.creatureandcoagency.com\/uploads\/2019\/06\/cutlery-holder-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/cdn.creatureandcoagency.com\/uploads\/2019\/06\/cutlery-holder-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/cdn.creatureandcoagency.com\/uploads\/2019\/06\/cutlery-holder-1-768x512.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Lay one trouser leg across a clean surface, making sure the fabric doesn&#8217;t have any wrinkles. With a ruler, measure 25cm from the bottom of the trouser leg. Then and cut a line across the trouser leg at that point, so you are left with a 25cm tubular piece of fabric. You should now have two cloth rectangles.
