RASPBERRY PI FOUNDATION’S CREATIVE CHALLENGE FAVOURITES!

What did you byte-sized geniuses come up with?

A few months ago, to celebrate the launch of SIX new coding paths from the Raspberry Pi Foundation, we challenged YOU to become a coding whizz. And guess what? Our favourites are in!

But before we get to them, let’s remind ourselves what it was all about…

The creative challenge

To be in with a chance of winning an epic Raspberry Pi 400 personal computer kit, we asked you to get creative and draw your very own web page. We wanted you to choose something you were passionate about – for example your favourite animal or hobby. Would you include videos, animations or lists? Fun games? The choice was yours.

We chose three favourites from the UK and three from Australia. Ready to see them…?

UK

A colorful, hand-drawn website layout with cartoon sketches, menus, and art supplies. A blue starburst says Siennas Arty Website on a pink background—perfect inspiration for a Creative Challenge from the Raspberry Pi Foundation.

Sienna’s ‘Lets Draw With Sienna’ website features a fantastic toolbar with tutorials and a cool illustrator’s check list. Check it out!

A hand-drawn website mockup titled Dress Up Fun, inspired by a creative challenge, features a dress-up doll in the center, clothing and accessory options on the sides, and a blue starburst label that says Dettas Stylish Website on a red background.

Dress up your avatar in Detta‘s colourful UK entry. The outfit variety in ‘Dress Up Fun’ is impressive.

A handwritten and illustrated poster about saving polar bears, featuring drawings and text, is displayed on a pink background. A blue starburst reads, RAPHAELLA’S INSPIRING WEBSITE in yellow and white letters—a true creative challenge!.

Want to help polar bears? Raphaella‘s site has an inspiring ‘adopt a polar bear’ option. Nice!

Australia

A handwritten website mockup on graph paper titled The Dietary features boxes for allergies and dietary requirements, next to a blue starburst reading EDITHS HELPFUL WEBSITE on a pink background—perfect for a Creative Challenge.

The Dietary by Edith: stopping dining stress for allergy sufferers across Australia. Brilliant concept!

A colorful childrens website design titled Feline Facts, inspired by a Raspberry Pi Foundation creative challenge, features sections for facts, videos, games, fun drawings of big cats and a globe. Bold text reads ELSIES PAW-SOME WEBSITE.

Meow on over to ‘Feline Facts’ by Elsie. This entry’s world cat map is just purr-fect!

Two colorful, hand-drawn website mockups on white paper are displayed on a pink background, with a blue starburst label reading JAMES EPIC WEBSITE in yellow text—perfect inspiration for your next Raspberry Pi Foundation Creative Challenge.

James has packed his ‘Arts, crafts and costumes’ website with fun activities like a sliding tile game and an astronaut-drawing tutorial.

Explore the paths

Have you ever wanted to make your own website, create an app or design your own video game? You can learn all of this and more with the Raspberry Pi Foundation. Why not spark your creativity through the magic of computing and tech by trying some of their coding paths?

Illustration of a person with glasses holding a wire to a large LED, surrounded by a guitar, screwdriver, electronic cables, and a planet, with the Raspberry Pi Foundation logo in the top left corner, highlighting creativity and coding.

Each one contains six coding projects which will help you gain new skills, make innovative design choices and create something totally unique. You can discover how to create animations and multiple-level games using a fun programming language called Scratch, build awesome web pages and apps by learning coding languages like HTML, CSS and JavaScript, and SO MUCH MORE!

Thank you to everyone who entered – and well done!
