When will the first issue arrive?

If you subscribe before 9am on the 24th July, your first magazine will be issue #259, expected to arrive on or around the 12th of August*

If you subscribe after 9am on the 26th July, your first magazine will be issue #260, expected to arrive on or around the 9th of September*

*All advised delivery dates are ‘on or around’ dates, as we cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. We ask that you please allow 10 working days after the expected date for delivery, just in case any delays have been caused within transit, before contacting our customer service team.

Can I choose when the subscription starts?

Please ensure you purchase the subscription within the correct date range advised in the FAQ linked here to start the subscription with the preferred issue/date, as we are unable to adjust this once the order has been placed.

Will I be sent a gift certificate to give to the recipient?

Yes, there will be a link to a gift certificate in your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient or download and print to give to them in person.

If your confirmation email has not come through, please contact the Customer Service team via our Contact Form, where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.

Will the gift recipient be notified of the subscription?

No, they will not be notified until they receive their first issue.

When does my subscription end?

13-Issue and 6-Issue rolling subscriptions will auto-renew.

If you select the 13-Issue subscription term, your subscription will auto-renew for a further term after the 13th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you select the 6-Issue term, your subscription will auto-renew for another further term after the 6th issue has been organised for dispatch.

If you wish to cancel an auto-renewal subscription after the first term, you may do so by emailing our Customer Service team via our Contact Form. For more information on cancellations, please see the FAQ option ‘How can I cancel my order if I need to?

13-issue-only subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once you have received 13 issues across the year, you will not receive any further issues, and no further payments will be taken.

Can my subscription be sent to a recipient outside of the UK?

Through our UK webpage, we can only accept orders for delivery to recipients within the UK.
