If you subscribe before midnight on the 10th October, your first magazine will be issue #37 expected to arrive on or around 29th October*
If you subscribe after midnight on the 10th October, your first magazine will be issue #38 expected to arrive on or around 27th November*
*Please note that all the advised delivery dates are ‘on or around’ dates, as we cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. We ask that you please allow 10 working days after the expected date for delivery, just in case any delays have been caused within transit, before contacting our customer service team.
No, they will not be notified until they receive their first issue.
Yes, there will be a link to a gift certificate on your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please get in touch with our Customer Service team via our Contact Form where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.
13 and 6-issue subscriptions will auto-renew.
If you select the 13-issue term, the subscription will auto-renew for a further term after the 13th issue has been organised for dispatch. If you select the 6-issue term, the subscription will auto-renew for another further term, after the 6th issue has been organised for dispatch.
If you wish to cancel your auto-renewal subscription after the first term you may do so by getting in touch with our Customer Service team via our Contact Form. For more information on cancellations, please see FAQ option ‘How can I cancel my order if I need to?’
