If you subscribe before midnight on the 26th August, the first magazine will be issue #128 – October Edition, expected to arrive on or around the 13th October*
If you subscribe after midnight on the 26th August, the first magazine will be issue #129 – November Edition, expected to arrive on or around the 10th November*
*Please note that all the advised delivery dates are ‘on or around’ dates, as we cannot guarantee a specific day for delivery. We ask that you please allow 10 working days after the expected date for delivery, just in case any delays have been caused within transit, before contacting our customer service team.
Please ensure you purchase the subscription within the correct date range advised in the FAQ linked here to start the subscription with the preferred issue/date, as we are unable to adjust this once the order has been placed.
No, the recipient will not receive anything from us until their first issue arrives!
Yes, there will be a link to a gift certificate on your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please contact the Customer Service team via our Contact Form where they can confirm the details of your order and issue a copy of the gift certificate.
13 and 6-issue subscriptions will auto-renew.
If you select the 13-issue term, the subscription will auto-renew for a further term after the 13th issue has been organised for dispatch. If you select the 6-issue term, the subscription will auto-renew for another further term, after the 6th issue has been organised for dispatch.
