Creature Media Competitions – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: Creature Media competitions are open to residents of the British Isles, Eire, the Channel Islands, and Italy, except employees of Creature Media Ltd, National Geographic Partners, National Geographic Society, The Walt Disney Company, Rainbow S.p.A., and their families, or any associated companies. Entrants must be aged 16 or under at the time of entry.
2. Entry:
   • – No purchase is necessary to enter.
   • – Only one entry per person is permitted.
   • – A correct entry drawn after the published closing date will be selected at random and be the winner.
   • – The editor’s decision is final.
3. Privacy:
   • We will not share your or your child’s personal details with third parties unless they have won a competition, and only to arrange delivery of the prize. These details will be used solely for prize fulfilment and not for marketing purposes.
4. Liability:
   • – No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.
   • – Creature Media will not enter into any correspondence related to the competition.
   • – All winners will be notified accordingly. If a winner does not respond within two weeks, an alternative winner will be selected.
   • – A list of winners (surname and county only) will be available by contacting Creature Media Ltd no earlier than six weeks after the competition closes (unless otherwise stated).
   • – The prize is subject to availability and no cash alternatives will be offered.
   • – The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition.

Additional Terms for the “Gormiti Experience” Competition with Rainbow

Prize Fulfilment Disclaimer

This competition is organised and promoted by Creature Media Ltd on behalf of National Geographic Kids. The “Gormiti Experience” prize is provided and fulfilled solely by Rainbow S.p.A. Creature Media Ltd and National Geographic Kids are not responsible for the fulfilment or delivery of any part of the prize, including travel, accommodation, activities, or associated services. Any issues or claims related to the prize must be directed to Rainbow S.p.A.

Prize Details:

• – Four (4) return flight tickets (economy class) for a family (2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age) from London Stansted Airport (STN) to Ancona International Airport, Italy.
• – Ground transfer from Ancona Airport to the hotel will be provided by Rainbow S.p.A. Transfer to London Stansted Airport is not included.
• – A two-night stay in a 3- or 4-star hotel near the Frasassi Caves in Genga, Italy, with bed and breakfast. Rainbow will provide breakfast for the winning family of 4 for 2 nights.
• – One thematic dinner for four in Genga on a date agreed upon at the time of booking.
• – Four (4) free entries to the Frasassi Caves and Valadier Temple, with a private tour guide and required safety equipment.
• – An exclusive Gormiti Welcome Kit.

The winning family will be required to purchase their own travel insurance. Rainbow S.p.A. will not be liable for any costs or claims arising from the absence of adequate travel insurance coverage.

The winning family must ensure they are fully informed of and compliant with any health, safety, or physical requirements necessary to visit and explore the Frasassi Caves. Rainbow S.p.A. shall not be held responsible if the family is unable to participate in any part of the experience due to non-compliance with such health obligations.

The prize is strictly limited to two (2) children under the age of 12. No substitutions or amendments will be permitted to include children over the age of 12, regardless of circumstances.

Conditions of Travel and Booking:

• The prize is valid from October 2025 and must be used within 12 months.
• The winner must book the experience at least one (1) month in advance.
• The Frasassi Caves may be closed at certain times of the year for safety or conservation purposes. Booking dates are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Children aged over 12 at the time of travel will be counted as adults and are not covered under the standard child travel allowance included in the prize.

Other Important Notes:

• The winner and their family must hold valid passports and any necessary visas at the time of travel.
• Creature Media and Rainbow S.p.A. accept no responsibility for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions to travel or accommodation that are outside of their control.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash alternative.
• The experience must be taken as a whole and cannot be separated into individual components.
• If for any reason the winner needs to cancel, another winner will be drawn at random and contacted.

Publicity Consent

By entering the competition, entrants and their legal guardians agree that Creature Media Ltd may use the winner’s name, county, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Force Majeure

Rainbow S.p.A. shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with their obligations relating to the prize where such failure is caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, or transportation delays.

Insurance and Liability Disclaimer

It is the sole responsibility of the winning family to obtain and maintain adequate travel insurance for the duration of the trip. Rainbow S.p.A. disclaims all liability for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or expenses incurred as a result of or in connection with the trip or any component of the prize.
