You may cancel your order at any time before receiving the first issue of your current subscription.
If you are part way through your current subscription term and request to cancel, your subscription will end after you have received the remaining issues within your current term.
You may also cancel your subscription and request a refund within 30 days of the new auto-payment being taken for your next term.

If you subscribe before 6th June, your first issue is expected to arrive on or around 10th July. You will also be sent a gift certificate in your confirmation email that you can forward or print out to give to your young reader ahead of their first issue arriving.
We can only deliver to recipients within New Zealand for purchases made via this site (New Zealand).
Yes, we will send you a digital gift certificate with your confirmation email, which you can either forward on to the gift recipient, or download and print to give to them in person.
If your confirmation email has not come through, please call our Customer Service team on +61 2 8227 6488 and we will resend it to you.
No – they will not be notified until they receive their first issue. If you wish to notify the gift recipient of their subscription before their first issue arrives, you may forward on the gift certificate that we will send you in your confirmation email, or you can download and print the certificate to give to them in person.
Annual and Six Issues subscriptions will auto-renew. For example, if you select an Annual subscription, your subscription will auto-renew for another year after you have received your first 13 issues. If you select a Six Issues subscription, your subscription will auto-renew for another Six issues, after you have received your first six.

13 Issues Only subscriptions do not auto-renew. Once you have received 13 issues across the year, you will not receive any further issues, and no further payments will be taken.
